Get in touch
Call reception or email us. Tell us which language you would like to be served in.

Complete the enrolment form
We will send you the standard New Zealand enrolment form, or you can fill it in at the clinic. Reception will help if anything is unclear.

Bring your ID to your first visit
We verify your eligibility at your first appointment and your enrolment is confirmed on the day.
Enrol online
Enrol online in a few minutes
Fill this in and reception will confirm your enrolment within two working days. You can do it in English, Chinese or Korean — whichever you prefer.
What to bring
- Photo ID (passport or NZ driver licence)
- Proof of eligibility — NZ passport, residence visa or work visa of two years or more
- Your NHI number if you know it
- Community Services Card if you hold one
Who can enrol
You can enrol if you are a New Zealand citizen or resident, or hold a work visa valid for two years or more. Students and visitors are welcome as casual patients.
